Key Role’s & Responsibilities:
 

  • Provide technical leadership to handle Payment systems relating to retail POS application, Electronic Payment and ATM system.

  • Lead high-performing team to deliver a quality product that meets service level agreements.

  • Manage, design, develop and support reports and interfaces according to business needs.

  • Technical and business knowledge sharing and leading the internal team by example. Ensure the team works according to agreed procedures and process.

  • Manage, design, develop and support enhancements relating to POS and Retail Payment systems.

  • Ensure that standards are adhered to for documentation, development, source control, testing methodology, and internal procedures.

  • Work closely, and communicate effectively, with internal users as well as external suppliers and vendors.

  • Hands-on configuration and gathering of business requirements. Create detailed functional and technical analysis & designs, perform unit testing and SIT, conduct UAT and release to production system.

  • Keep IT Business Partner and Process owners informed of progress on new and enhancement requests.

  • Manage the change/enhancement requests, provide accurate resourcing estimates, working closely with IT Business Partners to improve our existing system designs, and implement robust maintainable IT application solutions.

Other Responsibilities:
 

  • Responsible on the creation of reports using Crystal Report 8.5 as the reporting tool.

Accomplishment (Projects):
 

  1. Developed Point-of-Sale Software.

  2. Developed Payment Module using device like, NETS, ECR-Electronic Cash Register, EPS-Easy Pay System, EFT- Electronic Fund transfer.

  3. Developed online credit card Payment mode (Purchase, refund, void, installment, IPP Auto).

  4. Implement configuration/parameters for communication of Credit Card Device (using: Spectra and HyperCom ).

  5. Collaboration with the Bank for planning  and implement the online payment integration using the Device & Payment application.

Technology and Tools:
 

  • Microsoft ASP.net, Java , C# , C++, MS Excel VBA, PL/SQL, MS SQL 2000 , MySQL , Oracle SQL, Crystal Report 8.5, VSS

  • Ajax(PHP, MySQL, Javascript, and Jquery).

  • Traditional Waterfall, Interactive Waterfall, Agile(Scrum), and Project Management.
