Responsibilities:
 

Developed a Total Procurement Solution (TPS) a software suite that was designed to assist shipping
organizations in performing their supply related activities easily, efficiently, and effectively. The software was designed to create requisitions, purchase orders from the shore offices, goods received acknowledgement and usage notes. TPS is a fully integrated ship-to-shore-to-supplier electronic procurement solution. Created using ASP.NET/C#.Net/VB.Net/Jquery and Ajax  as the front-end tool and MySQL as its back-end database.

Accomplishment (Projects):
 

1. Track and Trace -a web enabled system that monitors the status of purchased goods.
   ▪ Part of the team developed the application using C#.Net, XML and XSL, Sharepoint 2003, and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Created the reports using Crystal Reports for Visual Studio.Net

2. Realmarine Requisition Application -an application that creates requisitions, purchase order and usage notes and generates transit file that will be sent from a vessel through email to shore office.
   ▪ Part of the team developed the application using Visual Basic 6.0, DHTML and Microsoft Access.

3. Buyer’s Cockpit -a web enabled system that caters requisitions and usage notes from the vessel or the Requisition Application.
   ▪ Part of the team developed the system using ASP.Net, XML and XSL, Sharepoint 2003, and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Created the reports using Crystal Reports for Visual Studio.Net.

4. Web Supplier -an application that caters request for quote and purchase order.
   ▪ Part of the team developed the system using VB.Net, XML and XSL, and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Created the reports using Crystal Reports for Visual Studio.Net.

5. Quote Comparator -an application that generates automatic quotation comparison.
   ▪ Part of the team developed the system using C#.Net, and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Created the reports using Crystal Reports for Visual Studio.Net.

6. TPS Administrator - a web enabled application that issues certificates for the buyer, supplier and the vessel for encryption and decryption in Total Procurement Solution (TPS).
   ▪ Developed using C#.Net, XML and XSL, and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Created the reports using Crystal Reports for Visual Studio.Net.
